I think its high time the Nigerian Army call its men to order. Irrespective of his offence, I think this man deserves a better punishment than this.

The incident took place on Saturday, August 8. The man was reportedly stripped naked and beaten in a gutter by a soldier at Mararaba, Nassarawa.
