According to reports from TheCable, President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered the dismissal of all the permanent secretaries of Federal Ministries. A presidential source confirmed this to TheCable but refused to go into the details.
The development is coming ahead of the swearing-in of new ministers scheduled for Wednesday.
