Embattled senate president Bukola Saraki has filed a further stay of execution against the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), as regards his ongoing prosecution before the tribunal over charges bordering on assets declaration.
The embattled Senate President made the application through his lawyer Mahmud Magaji (SAN).
It can be recalled that the CCT currently investigating alleged false asset declaration by the senate president had fixed October 21 for further hearing on the case.
